The director and the consultation managers were kind, cheerful, and nice. I ended up not being able to have the surgery here because of personal circumstances, but this is a hospital I still feel sorry about. The kindness and the fact that it’s a one-doctor hospital make the safety seem solid. It gives a positive impression. But it looked like the doctor was the only one, so he seemed busy
