I'm just of average build, and I decided to get liposuction on a whim because I wanted to wear a crop top at least once. I had abdominal liposuction last June, and now 6 months have passed, but there is zero change. It's exactly the same as before, and the fibrosis is severe. The only difference from before is that even if I tense my abdomen, a wrinkle forms in the middle of my stomach like leather. If you asked me whether I'd go back to how I was before, I think I would choose before. I had to wait a long time for the before-and-after follow-up, and they didn't really give me a proper consultation for the time I waited, not even 2 minutes. When I went in for the consultation, they had the photos I took before up on the monitor, and as soon as they saw there was no change, they themselves immediately said they would do a retouch. Honestly, after all that pain and suffering (it really hurt so much), I was torn... but I decided to go ahead for now. There is really zero change, so I even teared up at dawn while looking at the before-and-after photos I took by myself. If I had known a site like this existed, I should have looked it up much earlier.. What a shame.
