They explained each area in an easy, fun, and kind way, and told me about how much it would shrink. The price matched the event price, and the manager was kind too. Since I only went for the consultation, I'm not sure about the clinic facilities, but they were clean. I had an appointment, so I could get the consultation right away with almost no wait.
