I went for a consultation for revision rhinoplasty, but... I waited 40 minutes and still didn't get to see the director for even 3 minutes. He came right after finishing surgery and, instead of consulting in the consultation room while wearing his coat, he just stood there, glanced at my nose, touched it lightly, said a few things like 'you need this and that done, the line doesn't look pretty,' and then left. I met with the manager too, and she was a bit stocky, but she was really unfriendly.. She kept frowning, making me repeat what I had said, and smiling while putting me down.. They pushed hard for same-day booking..
