Review

I had an online consultation, and when I tried again a few days later, they could not remember anything about the consultation. When I got there, all the staff had only just started, so everyone except the chief manager seemed inexperienced. I asked whether surgery could be done on Saturday, and the staff had said yes online, but when I actually went there, they said surgery was not available on Saturdays. Ridiculous.
