Even with a reservation, the wait was over an hour.. They said a CT scan was mandatory for nose consultations, and I was trying to take out my piercing, but it would not come off, so another manager was helping me while another staff member just came over and watched.. T_T I was really furious when the wait went over an hour and a half, and I was about to leave, but they apologized and asked me to wait a little longer, so T_T I held on and waited.. For nose surgery, general anesthesia, surgery time not fixed x .. I have seen too many posts about side effects T_T
