I took another consultation because I wanted to have surgery by using my annual leave over Chuseok. The waiting time was quite long, and maybe because there were so many people, it looked pretty chaotic.. I was annoyed at having to keep waiting, but there were many people around me who had surgery at DH and did well, so I endured and waited because I wanted to do it here. The staff kept apologizing, maybe because they felt sorry, and when the surgeon finally came later, he remembered that this was my second consultation, so I was able to consult more comfortably and even make a reservation. But both last time and this time, I think they really need to improve the long waiting times.. T_T
