I went because they said they were good at creating an outer line. I consulted, booked surgery right away, and had the surgery. For now, I'm satisfied. The consultation manager was really nice during the consultation, but after the surgery they didn't say much. The surgeon also seemed quiet. But they checked my progress after surgery, and the nurse who removed my stitches was kind and took them out gently without hurting me
