They advertised themselves as specializing in revision surgery, but instead they ended up making me need revision surgery too lol. I'm honestly still resentful. Thanks to them, for 3 years I couldn't even open my eyes properly and looked like a sausage. If I could go back to that time, I'd desperately stop myself from ever doing it there. The inner corner surgery also left a scar. Oh, and this place really feels like a factory. After surgery they just treat you like they don't know you. There's zero aftercare, and they don't even come check your progress.

I had a consultation with Director Jeong. The doctor was really kind and matched almost everything I wanted! However, I can't really put it into words, but some of the staff's remarks or behavior felt a little ^^..... rude.......
