I had nose surgery about 2 years ago. The director was meticulous, kind, and considerate. I didn’t want my nose to be too pointy, I said I wanted it noticeable, but not in a way that looked like a plastic-surgery face. The result was exactly the style I wanted at first, so I was very satisfied. But as time passed, the columella sank down a little. I guess that can’t be helped?
