I went for a consultation, but the first person to see me was not the director, it was the consultation manager? coordinator, and the consultation felt completely unprofessional. I am not sure if the consultation with the director is only possible after making a surgery reservation.. I remember feeling like I had to put down a deposit quickly in order to get surgery. There were so many people there..;
