Long curved jaw surgery. They pressured me to book on the day and pay a deposit during the consultation. I had not even planned the surgery date after one consultation, but they told me to just leave a deposit first and that they would refund it if I canceled, so I went along with it. In the end I had the surgery, and I went once more before the operation to consult again. During the second consultation they said to think about whether to leave the area under the ears or not and decide when we do the surgery, so I went home thinking about it. But when it came time to design, I wanted to say how much to leave, and instead they just took photos without any design, I saw the director's face once, and then had surgery. They looked extremely busy that day. -- At that point I still thought they were doing the design in the operating room. In the end, nothing about the design was discussed.. I think they left too much under the ears, and I am not satisfied. I do not know what caused it, but while I was hospitalized I had a nosebleed from both nostrils that would not stop, so they stuffed cotton all the way to the tip of my nose and I had to breathe through my mouth... After discharge, I could not sleep lying down for several days because I could not breathe, so I asked for some swelling injections since I had to go back to work not long after surgery and wanted to reduce the swelling. The director said okay. The staff kept acting busy and changing the subject, and even though I told them several times and the director said to get them, I still ended up not getting the swelling injection. I have a lot to say, but anyway, the staff were generally not kind. The coordinator only appeared when I booked and paid, and she was off on the day of my surgery
