I went for a consultation because they explained things so well on YouTube. But wow, I ended up waiting over 3 hours (what's even the point of making a reservation..) Maybe I just got the wrong consultation manager, but they had such an arrogant attitude, like they thought they were the doctor, and they were even more overbearing than I expected It was the first time I ever raised my voice with a consultation manager. The doctor was kinder. I never even got to see that YouTube director;;
