The doctor didn't even show up, and the manager did the consultation, recommending implants that didn't match what I wanted at all. She kept saying this was what I wanted and used pushy sales tactics with no expertise, basically bribing me with false information as a first-time cosmetic surgery patient. It wasn't even a small procedure; it was a surgery with major risks, and I resent and hate that manager so much for making me decide after a consultation like that. I wish I had recorded the consultation. I really regret it and want them to pay for revision surgery, but I never want to go back to this hospital again, so I'm looking for a place for revision surgery now (I had already had the surgery, but the doctor gave normal guidance).
