Since it is a scar-specialist hospital, I felt it was more specialized than I expected. It is the only hospital so far that explained things in this much detail. The staff were not unfriendly either, and it was purely businesslike between customer and employee, which was fine. They seemed confident, and gave me the feeling that surgery would turn out well.
