The doctor was kind and answered the things I asked in a gentle, honest way, which I liked. But honestly, I cannot say there was no pressure to make a reservation. During the consultation with the director, they said that if I was not going to have surgery, I did not have to, but if I was going to do it, the schedule was full so I had to reserve quickly. They said I had to put down a deposit for the reservation to be confirmed and to get examined right away, which made me trust them a little less, and the waiting time was too long for my standards too.
