I consulted with Dr. Hong and got double eyelid revision surgery. He was very kind, explained everything in detail, and was good, but he always makes you wait and the consultation time is very short. The staff? The people working there were really kind and nice. The facilities aren't bad, but to say they're good, there are also some parts that feel a bit outdated. The most important part, the surgical result, was not good. They didn't even perform the surgery according to what was discussed during the consultation, and when a problem occurred, they did a revision surgery on that area 6 months later, but even that wasn't done properly. I developed unpleasant side effects that I didn't have before surgery. They said it would improve over time, but it never got better, so I'm stressed out. Because they did one more surgery as a kind of aftercare, I ended up having surgery here twice, but both times the results were bad, so I've completely lost trust in this place. I'm going to look for another hospital.
