You do the consultation with the manager, and if you are chubby and do not really have time to diet separately, I recommend trying it once. If you have a lot of soft, squishy fat when you touch it, it seems to work well. (That was the case for me.) I thought I would try it just to see, but one injection gave me a lot of effect, and I was surprised. If I get the chance later, I plan to do it again. They had us lie on several beds and did it in a factory-style manner for about 5 to 10 minutes, but the doctors were kind. When I said I was dizzy, they came all the way out to where I was leaving and kept asking if I was okay, and the atmosphere was good too.
