The consultation manager was so, so kind, which I liked, but the treatment room had beds lined up side by side with only a curtain between each one, so that part was a bit disappointing. And an older male doctor did the procedure, but he didn't explain anything and just gave the injection and left. Also, I didn't see any effect.
