1. In March 2018, I had rhinoplasty with silicone plus septal cartilage, and after just one year (June 2019), the tip of my nose drooped, so I requested revision surgery. 2. After finishing the AS consultation with the doctor who said it would be done free of charge, I consulted with the consultation manager, but was told that surgery had been temporarily suspended because of COVID, so I should wait. 3. I kept calling to ask about revision surgery, but I was told there was no schedule more than four times, and there was no news for two years. 4. In September 2021, I came back and requested the AS revision consultation that had been discussed in 2019. They said the doctor who did the previous surgery would be overseas for lectures and would not be in Korea, so I should receive it from the doctor currently working there. 5. They first demanded 10 million won for the revision, then, as if doing me a favor because I was a previous patient, they reduced it to 5 million. The story that it would be done free as AS disappeared without a trace. 5. I called the manager again and argued that this was compensation that should have been settled back in 2019, asking why they were demanding money, and was told she would talk to the director, but for two weeks there has been no word. Conclusion: During COVID they only carried out facial contour injections, and apparently they plan to resume eye and nose surgeries soon^^ They are also recruiting surgery models and say they are revitalizing things, but this is an irresponsible hospital that does not take responsibility for previous patients, so members of this community should absolutely not go. It is the thing I regret most in my life: getting my nose done here
