I got it injected into my face, and it hurt more than contour injections at other places. Maybe because the fat was slowly going away, I didn't really feel it, but my family noticed. The jaw Botox was the only thing that worked on my face, which had a lot of muscle and fat. But it wasn't that dramatic.
