I got the arm fat-dissolving injection without steroids, and because I only had it once, I do not know whether it worked at all. It might work if you get it several times, but I did not feel like paying that much for that level of cost. The liquid goes into the upper arm almost like getting an IV, and for a while the area stays swollen with fluid. After the injection I felt a little dizzy, so I sat and rested for about 30 minutes before leaving.
