I had double-eyelid surgery in 2016. I had an in-out line and was satisfied. The disappointing part is that I was a student at the time, so I couldn't ask more detailed or professional questions. What I remember is that the doctor checked my eyes a few times and said to do an in-out line, so that's what we did lol It has held up well, and I still regret not getting rear canthoplasty at the same time.
