I had surgery after a consultation because my outer eye corners were angled up and I wanted a softer impression. First, since the outer corners were very upturned, we also did front canthoplasty revision together because I thought it could create a gentler look. I am satisfied with the front canthoplasty revision, but the back-and-bottom canthoplasty feels a little more attached than immediately after surgery, so it's just so-so.
