I only had a consultation with the coordinator because I couldn't meet the doctor, and the coordinator consultation was really bad. If possible, I recommend getting a consultation with the doctor... It felt like they were just rattling off a manual without considering my face, and it felt like if I went ahead, my nose would end up looking like a chalk nose
