The consultation with the coordinator was only formal and she looked too lazy to answer the things I asked. The staff sitting at the counter were generally kind. It was obvious the coordinator was trying to squeeze money out of me, but I followed along anyway. The director seemed super busy, but the procedure went well. Maybe I saw him for about 3 minutes? haha Still, if you're going to pay this price, go find a better price elsewhere by checking around!
