I went in without a reservation, so I had a consultation with the manager. They were kind here too!! But I visited about three places in total, and this was the most expensive. They said I might also need osteotomy and alar reduction.. Since it wasn't a consultation with the director, I'm planning to make another appointment later and have a consultation with the director too!
