At first, when I went in for the consultation, they said to put down a reservation deposit and that it would be refunded 100%. But when I went later to cancel, they said if I did not pay a consultation fee that had never been mentioned before, they could not refund me. There was absolutely no prior explanation, and of course if I had not put down a reservation deposit, I would never have paid a doctor consultation fee and come here. A full refund is the law, but they insisted theirs was only 90%, so I just paid because it was disgusting and petty and my time was wasted. Do not let something like this happen to you.
