First of all, the manager was kind. However, there were too few photos of surgery reviews. I wished there were actual photos I could look at online. They let the patient choose between incisional and non-incisional canthoplasty, and they did not tell me which would be better for me between upper and inner corner surgery. The doctor was the same. They said both were possible if I wanted, and that there was no difference between non-incisional and incisional. Anyway, they were the type to say, just get the surgery. If there had at least been review photos, I would have visited planning to get the non-incisional procedure right away, but I left feeling only frustrated
