I had double eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method two years ago. I wanted a natural line that looked like it had always been there rather than something obviously cosmetic, and in that respect I was satisfied, and people around me said they had no idea I'd had surgery at all. But maybe because I have always had little fat in my eyes and they were sunken, the line in my eyes isn't clearly defined these days and I'm getting a double fold I was told even after surgery that because there was no fat in my eyes, I might need a revision later, but I never expected this after just two years. Anyway, I'm thinking about revision surgery...
