I had non-incisional lower canthoplasty and outer canthoplasty 3 years ago. First of all, this is definitely a factory-style hospital. The consultation itself was done only with the manager, and with the doctor there was less than 3 minutes before surgery just a brief talk about what kind of result I wanted (natural, glamorous), and that was the end of the consultation. I knew non-incisional procedures had less effect, but I did not know the before and after would be exactly the same. It was hard even for me to notice any change. I was expecting good results because they said at consultation that my eyes were suited for it, but as expected, you should not trust only the manager's consultation. When I went for aftercare, they took photos and talked about a microscopic 0.1 mm difference and said revision surgery was impossible. Only then did they recommend incisional surgery, saying non-incisional has no effect. Their consultation and aftercare are both too lacking, so I plan to do it by incision at another hospital.
