I am reasonably satisfied with the surgery, but I do not know whether the staff were kind. The exterior of the facility was fine, but the operating room was rather bad. Loud pop songs playing from a phone and used latex gloves lying around everywhere (I saw them being thrown and left anywhere) gave an unhygienic feeling. There was no anesthesiologist either, so a staff member in the operating room inserted the anesthesia needle. Maybe because it was a simple surgery, there was no aftercare, and normally they would contact me for a follow-up check, but there was nothing at all.
