Review

Both the director and the head consultant were kind, which I liked. The director never recommended unnecessary procedures and only picked out what was needed for the consultation, which was fine. And the consultation manager kindly explained all my surgery concerns and questions, which I appreciated. However, the professionalism during the consultation with the director felt a little lacking.
