Hmm.. First of all, maybe because it was an old hospital, the interior felt a bit shabby. It probably doesn't affect the surgery, but my first impression was that it felt like a neighborhood clinic. The director had a very long career and a good impression. He also recommended a surgical method that matched what I wanted. But it didn't feel especially compelling
