The director was fairly kind, and I was a little surprised at first because they recommended a surgery I had not even considered. Still, I was surprised that they pinpointed exactly the areas I had always thought of as my complex. Also, maybe there was no separate consultation room here, because I was counseled while sitting at the consultation manager's desk.
