I went for a consultation for a buried double-eyelid revision surgery. Waiting time was 1.5 hours, and I basically just got a long consultation with the manager before a 3-minute consultation with the doctor. Honestly, the eye line was drawn well.. The manager's voice was extremely loud, she spoke to me informally, and kept badmouthing other clinics while pushing for same-day surgery, which was so unpleasant...
