Personally, the staff were kind and the doctor gave a friendly impression. They showed step by step what would happen with double eyelids and ptosis correction through virtual plastic surgery, and they also showed various step-by-step reviews from other people. When I was in the lobby for a moment after surgery, they came by themselves and explained various things.
