There seemed to be a lot of patients, so the director looked busy. There were many male patients. They used a 3D virtual device to explain how my eyes would change. They said it was pseudoptosis and did not recommend eye correction. You can tell the doctor has been running the clinic for a long time. The cost of partial incision included fat removal!!! (Other clinics charged separately for fat removal..)
