A one-doctor hospital. It's sometimes mentioned for men's eye surgery. The doctor is older. He first recommended partial incision. But after reading the reviews, it seems he does partial incision surgeries in most cases. For lateral canthoplasty, he said it's a 3-type outer-eye-widening procedure, meaning he opens both the lower and upper sides. He was very proud of that. I thought incision and partial incision were similar, but after searching, I saw that partial incision is a method closer to non-incision.
