I went in with high expectations because I heard they were good at male eye surgery. The staff and the consultation manager were all kind, and the pre-op Photoshop simulation of expected before-and-after results was a bit unusual. I went straight into a consultation with the doctor, but the doctor seemed extremely busy, maybe because he'd just come back from a dermatology procedure, and it felt like he was the only one talking the whole time. The consultation felt like it was already headed in a fixed direction, so I honestly couldn't ask much of what I wanted to ask. Still, the doctor clearly seemed confident, and since the results are known to be good, maybe that's why.
