The people at the desk and the consultation manager were all kind, but personally it felt less like they would be the ones to take full responsibility for my eyes, perform the surgery, and care for me, and more like I had come here to do business... I only talked with the director for less than 5 minutes,,, Still, I feel like everyone was kind.
