I wanted naturally plump lips rather than an artificial shape, so after looking mainly at reviews, I decided to get a consultation. My thin lips were a concern, and they found a good way to naturally add volume only to my current lips. They also honestly explained the side effects that can generally occur after the procedure, which made me trust them. I knew the treatment interval differs for each person, and I liked that they explained that part in detail too.
