Hmm.... I received it last year, so please understand that the amount may not be exact. First of all, the waiting time was extremely, extremely long. I think I waited almost 2 hours. I showed them a photo of the lip shape I wanted, but they just said they couldn't do it without me understanding why, so I was a bit confused. The surgical result was not completely unsatisfactory, though.
