I went for a consultation for cheekbone liposuction and double-chin cheek fat. My face is a complete mess after having liposuction before and then fat grafting because of side effects from cheekbone surgery During the consultation they did not recommend cheekbones. They said that because the area had already been dissected and there had been liposuction plus grafting before, there was a lot of damage, it would be tough, and there was not much fat anyway.. I was grateful that they told me honestly. It seemed like they do not recommend areas that are not necessary.
