The fat graft I had had sagged, so around 6 to 7 years later I had double chin liposuction and cheek liposuction, but there was no effect at all. The doctor said my skin was thick, and there wasn't much fat to begin with, so the amount suctioned was small. If that was really because of my skin, I think they should have told me before the surgery.
