I had a consultation with a male director, and while explaining the surgical direction that fit my condition, he also carefully explained why suction was possible while preserving firmness without sagging, so I learned things I wouldn't have known just from online research, which was reassuring. The manager was also good because she answered my questions kindly in a way that was easy for me to understand, instead of using incomprehensible technical terms.
