There were quite a few people, but since I had a reservation, I got into the consultation quickly. The director got straight to the point during the consultation and spoke honestly even when I asked about things like side effects, which I appreciated. He explained each part well, including what I should pay attention to... Even when I talked with the manager, it felt less like pressure and more like she was listening to my opinion, so personally I was satisfied.
