The double chin area was my biggest concern, so I went for a consultation focused on that. Maybe because the director has a lot of experience in that area, there was a sort of seasoned feel to the consultation. They had a lot of before-and-after photos from years of experience, and when I asked for examples, they quickly found and showed them to me. They also seemed good at organizing the materials, which I liked. And the way they take care of post-op follow-up, plus the overall feel of the clinic, made it obvious they put a lot of care into everything, so I felt confident.
