I had spent a long time researching liposuction on YouTube, so when I went in for the consultation, I somehow felt a kind of familiarity with the doctor, which made the consultation comfortable. He was exactly as kind as he seemed in the videos, and I liked that he answered every question I asked without showing any annoyance. The manager also discussed prices in a way that did not make me uncomfortable, focusing mainly on the package without pushing it, and only saying exactly what the doctor had explained, so I did not feel pressured.
