When I told them I only wanted to fill the front cheek area and under the eyes, they focused the consultation exactly on those two parts. I didn't feel there was much overtreatment... They explained only what I truly needed, and didn't seem like the type to insist that I do more and add other things. They explained the side effect-related parts before I even asked. And they emphasized quite strongly that they use fresh fat for both the first and second rounds lol The consultation was neat, and the director and manager seemed to have similar personalities, so it was fine.
